The St. Louis County Division of Procurement acquires goods and services from outside businesses for St. Louis County Government, usually via a competitive bidding process. The procurement ethics hotline is operated by the St. Louis County Department of Administration and provides an avenue for citizens, vendors, and County employees to report suspected fraud in the procurement process.
